Professional Development Program

Professional Development Program: At St. John's we believe in nurturing a tribe of Life long learners. Professional development programs is a part of every month's in-house training for the staff. It allow teachers to expand their knowledge base in various areas of the subject. The more the professional development a teacher undergoes, the more he or she develops knowledge and insight into the industry. Every alternative Saturday's are PDP's for the staff. While the students have weekly Snap- tests and Saturday activities, the staff are engaged in a PDP Seminar. The most effective professional development engages teams of teachers to focus on the needs of their students. They learn and problem solve together in order to ensure all students achieve success.
